By accessing our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

MARF reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective once published on our website.

Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, fragrance notes, sizes, images, prices, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, product images are provided for illustration purposes, and the actual appearance, packaging, colour, or presentation may vary slightly.

Fragrance performance, including scent, longevity, projection, and development on the skin, can vary from person to person and may be affected by skin type, environment, temperature, and other factors.

Pricing & Typographical Errors

MARF makes every effort to ensure that all prices and product information displayed on our website are accurate.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or contains incorrect information due to a typographical, technical, or pricing error, MARF reserves the right to refuse or cancel the affected order.

If payment has already been received for an order that is subsequently cancelled due to such an error, the applicable amount will be refunded.

MARF reserves the right to update product information, prices, promotions, and other website content at any time without prior notice.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by MARF.

While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory information, a product may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed. In such circumstances, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate alternative or refund where applicable.

MARF also reserves the right to limit quantities of certain products or refuse orders that we reasonably believe may be fraudulent or intended for unauthorized resale.

Order Confirmation

Placing an order through our website does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the order.

MARF reserves the right to verify customer information, payment details, and Cash on Delivery orders before dispatch.

We may contact you by telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to confirm your order or obtain additional information where necessary.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders within Pakistan are generally delivered within 3–4 working days after order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the customer's location, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond MARF's reasonable control.

MARF will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time.

Returns & Refunds

MARF offers a 7-day return and refund policy, subject to the conditions stated in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Perfumes must generally be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a return.

Opened, sprayed, used, or unsealed fragrances cannot be returned due to personal preference regarding scent, longevity, or projection.

Products received damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect should be reported to MARF within 7 days of delivery. Photographic or video evidence may be requested before approving a return, replacement, or refund.

Trademarks & Copyright

All intellectual property associated with MARF, including its name, trademarks, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, website design, written content, promotional material, and other proprietary material, remains the property of MARF or its respective licensors.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from MARF.

The contents of the website are protected under applicable Pakistani intellectual property and copyright laws and, where applicable, international conventions.

Customer Privacy & Protection

MARF respects the privacy and confidentiality of its customers.

When you place an order or interact with our website, we may collect information including your name, telephone number, email address, delivery address, and information necessary to process your payment and order.
